These terms cover your use of DropStudio, an iOS app made by an individual developer. By using the app, you agree to them.

The app is provided as-is

DropStudio is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. It may have bugs, and it may not fit your purpose. As far as the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app.

Your work stays yours

You keep all rights to the artwork you import. You also keep all rights to the images you export. The developer claims no ownership of your work, and never sees it, because the app has no server.

Your responsibility

You must have the right to use any artwork you bring into the app. Do not use DropStudio to copy, use, or sell work that belongs to someone else. Do not use it to break intellectual property law, or any other law.

Paid features

The app has no paid features today. If paid features are offered later, they will be sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews by itself unless you turn off auto-renew before the current period ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions in the App Store, and Apple's standard terms for these purchases apply.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the developer lives.
